  <p style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.7;">Number plates are custom-made to your specification. Under UK consumer rights law, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for plates that have been correctly manufactured to your requirements — unless they are faulty or incorrect.</p>

  <h3 style="margin-top: 25px; color: #2d2d2d;">✅ Faulty or Incorrect Items</h3>

  <p style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.7;">If your plates arrive damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us within <strong>7 days</strong> of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.</p>

  <p style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.7;">You may cancel your order before we begin manufacturing. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.</p>
