To purchase road-legal number plates, we are required to verify your identity and your entitlement to use the registration number.

• Driving Licence – Full or Provisional

• Utility Bill – Dated within the last 6 months

• Council Tax Bill – Dated within the last 6 months

• Bank or Building Society Statement – Dated within the last 6 months

• National Identity Card

• Passport

• Police Warrant Card

• Armed Forces Identity Card

• V5C Vehicle Registration Document – Red Log Book

• V5C/2 New Keeper Slip

• V750 Certificate of Entitlement

• V778 Retention Document

• V11 Vehicle Tax / SORN Reminder

• V379 Temporary Registration Certificate

• V948 Number Plate Authorisation Certificate

• EV948 / EV948/2 Electronic Authorisation Certificate

• Fleet, Lease or Hire Company Authorisation Letter containing the V5C Document Reference Number

• VTRC UK Trailer Registration Certificate

Documents must be valid, clear and show the required information. Road-legal plates cannot be supplied until the necessary documentation has been successfully verified.
