As a registered number plate supplier, we are required to carry out the appropriate identity and entitlement checks before supplying road-legal registration plates. Records are retained where required for compliance and auditing purposes.

Can I order number plates without providing documents?

Not for road-legal plates. We cannot manufacture or supply road-legal registration plates until the required documentation has been received and verified.

Are 3D and 4D number plates legal in the UK?

They can be road legal provided the plate, characters, spacing, materials and required markings comply with the applicable regulations and standards.

Not on a road-legal plate. Registration characters must be displayed using the legally required spacing and layout.
