At Berkshire Plates, we want every customer to be happy with their order.

As number plates are made specifically to the registration and specifications provided by the customer, most orders are classed as personalised or made-to-order products.

Returns & Refunds

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds where a customer:

Has simply changed their mind
Has entered the registration incorrectly
Has selected the wrong plate style
Has selected the wrong size or options
No longer requires the plates after production has started

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect due to an error on our part, or does not match the specifications you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for photographs or other information so we can investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, where applicable.

Reporting an Issue

Any issue should be reported within a reasonable period of receiving your order.

If you believe there is a manufacturing fault or an error with your order, do not fit, drill, alter or use the plates before contacting us.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
