We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Road-legal number plates are produced in accordance with applicable UK requirements, subject to successful verification of the required documentation.

We will not supply road-legal plates where the necessary documents cannot be verified.

Customers must not request or use number plates that are intended to misrepresent, alter or obscure a vehicle registration.

Some number plates are made to the customer's selected specifications. These products may not qualify for cancellation due to a change of mind once production has started, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).

Payment must be completed before an order enters production unless otherwise agreed by Berkshire Plates.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or website errors. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price, we will contact the customer before proceeding.

Production times may vary depending on the product selected and document verification.

We will aim to process orders as quickly as possible, but production times are estimates unless a specific production time has been confirmed.

We offer delivery across the UK where available.

Collection may be available for selected orders. Customers must not attend for collection until Berkshire Plates has confirmed the collection address and collection time.
